paper, encaustic and oil on panel 7"x7"
I decided I didn't like the cups painting in the previous post (far right), so changed it to this one. What are these things? Where do they come from? They are somehow reminding me of Inuit art. Painting the way I do is such an odd experience. I do so little planning (uh... usually none at all actually) and then these shapes or objects get thrown out of my mind and away I go. I really like these though. I feel an inukshuk series coming on...
