Off to New York tomorrow for my biennial with Kelly. I'm excited but still dragging around "the illness that will not end". This time we are staying in a cute little Greenwich Village apartment right by Washington Square, and I plan to spend a few days exploring the immediate neighbourhood rather than zooming all over town with a checklist. Of course there are a few oldies but goodies to revisit...

Perhaps this is the year I actually get to The Met. I think I have avoided it thus far because it seems so overwhelming. I'm heartbroken because an exhibition of my (current) favourite artist just ended. I'll miss it by just a few days. Ah well, if I don't work up the courage to tackle the actual museum, maybe I will sneak into the gift shop to pick up the Bonnard exhibit catalogue :-)
So ta-ta for now. Hopefully I will come back refreshed and renewed and ready to pick up this blogging thing again.
